Building and operating small businesses across Southern Michigan.
Joshua Roth is an owner-operator based in Tecumseh, Michigan. From an early worm farm and dock service to construction management and now a handful of hospitality and consulting businesses, the throughline has always been the same: find a real problem and build something that solves it.
Raised on early ventures. Built for the long haul.
Joshua was raised in Southern Michigan, where his first ventures — a worm farm and a dock service business in the Irish Hills — taught him how to run something before he knew there was a name for it. From there he moved through management roles in the construction industry, learning how larger operations plan, staff, and execute.
Since 2015 he's been self-employed, building businesses across hospitality, wellness, manufacturing, real estate, and consulting. Today his focus is market research and developing targeted business solutions — matching what a market actually needs with something worth building.
